CLA and Kortext to accelerate KeyLinks UK and international expansion
28th November 2019
Today CLA and Kortext announce that from 1st January 2020 its KeyLinks operations will come together under single leadership. Over the past 2 years CLA and Kortext have worked closely in developing, enhancing and supporting the KeyLinks reading list management system which is now being used in libraries in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
This change will see both the UK and the international KeyLinks business being operated by and led by the Kortext team. It will lead to:
- a more consistent experience for existing and new customers
- a more focused programme of development for the platform
- faster development of growing international markets
James Gray, CEO at Kortext commented “CLA and Kortext have worked well together in developing the respective markets that we have focused on. Rather than continue to operate and build two separate teams, we have made the decision to streamline the KeyLinks business, bringing the teams together under single leadership. This will bring our customers greater efficiencies in communication, product development and customer support.”
Mat Pfleger, CEO at CLA added “We have worked on various projects with Kortext, including the development of our highly successful Digital Content Store (DCS). CLA will continue to remain close partners with Kortext, working together to improve work-flow around content discovery, access and use.”
