CITE Summer Meeting One Week Away!

24th May 2018

The Summer Meeting of the Copyright Information & Technologies in Education (CITE) Forum for Higher Education (HE), hosted by CLA, will take place in one week's time at the University of Sheffield.

The CITE Forum had an extremely successful first year, holding two well attended meetings in Nottingham and London, where HE information professionals came together to discuss the most relevant issues affecting the sector, as well as sharing tips and best practice. This Summer Meeting, taking place on 31 May, will be the first of CITE's second year.

This meeting has a fantastic agenda including:

  • 'Best Practice Scanning utilised by the British Library imaging North' from the British Library
  • 'How we use Digital Content Store items with Leganto: a lesson in manual handling' from the University of Sheffield
  • A Breakout session entitled, "If you could, how would you?" Educating your staff and students about copyright, from York St John University
  • And much more!

CLA will also be updating the attendees on future plans for the Digital Content Store (DCS), the ongoing development of KeyLinks,  and all of our most recent Licence updates.

If you are interested in attending the CITE Summer Meeting, it is not too late to book your place. Register now!
