Excluded US Publishers
Not all US publishers are included in the coverage of the CLA's licences. This is a list of those US publishers that are excluded from the CLA's reciprocal agreement with the US reproduction rights organisation, the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). Works by these publishers may not be copied under any CLA licence.
Please note that certain CLA licences allow the re-use of digital material. Not all US publishers are included for digital re-use. See the relevant list of US Digital Material Publishers.
