UUK/GuildHE members

UUK/GuildHE members are covered by centrally negotiated licences.

The licence available to members of UUK/GuildHE was upgraded to the new Comprehensive Licence in August 2008 to include several new benefits.

Comprehensive Licence

The Comprehensive HE Licence permits HEIs to make multiple photocopies and scan extracts from printed books,  journals and magazines and in addition allows the copying and re-use of digital material such as electronic or online publications.

To see a summary of the main features and benefits of this licence click here.

To accompany the Comprehensive Licence we have published a set of support materials for licensees providing more detailed information about how you can use your licence.

You can download, view and print copies here.
