CLA runs an audit programme to help assure us and our rights holders that the terms and conditions of the Higher Education Licence are understood and being correctly implemented.
While the audit may flag up areas of risk, it is also an opportunity for licensees to ask questions they may have about their licence and for CLA to provide onsite training or arrange further training. CLA will also be seeking instances of good practice regarding copying and scanning practices that can be shared within the sector.
