Our agreements with the CCC allow our licensees to photocopy, scan and digitally re-use material published in the USA. Specific publications included/excluded
- Business Licence - included US digital material publishers
- Comprehensive Higher Education Licence - included US digital material publishers
- Pharmaceutical Licence - included US digital material publishers
- Public Administration Licence - included US digital material publishers
Other CLA Licences do not currently allow digital original material to be copied.
Not all US publishers are included in the coverage of the CLA's licences. This is a list of those US publishers that are excluded from the CLA's reciprocal agreement with the US reproduction rights organisation, the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). Works by these publishers may not be copied under any CLA licence.
