Titles listed in the main List of Excluded Works cannot be copied or re-used under any CLA licence. However, UK publishers also have the option of excluding their works specifically from Scanning under HE licences. Any exclusions will be displayed on this page.
There are currently no additional exclusions for scanning under HE licences
