Works excluded from scanning under the HE Licences
Titles listed in the main List of Excluded Works cannot be copied or re-used under any CLA licence.
The list below is of UK titles that are additionally excluded from scanning under the terms of HE licences.
CLA licences currently only permit the scanning of works originally published in the UK and US, except where the US publisher has specifically excluded them. For US exclusions see the list of ‘Excluded US publishers’
Works
There are currently no works excluded from scanning under HE licences except those on the main List of Excluded Works or the list of 'US Excluded Publishers'.
Amendments to this list become effective one month after notice is posted.
