Low volume document delivery licence
This is a Licence developed for those organisations engaged in smaller scale delivery of copies, provided such an organisation can estimate that the number of copies they expect to deliver to recipients that require them for commercial purposes is below 100 per month.
The Licensee will pay an annual fee in advance calculated by reference to their estimate at a flat rate per copy. Copies made can be delivered by post or, subject to certain conditions, electronically within the UK only.
The Licensee must keep a record of the total number of copies delivered under the Licence and may also be asked to keep a more detailed record of the titles supplied during a sample one month period.
