The Copyright Licensing Agency Limited (CLA) licenses organisations to copy and re-use extracts from print and digital publications on behalf of authors, publishers and visual creators. We are at the forefront of the rapidly developing fields of intellectual property and electronic rights management.
We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Supervisor (Business & Government) to join the CLA on a 6 month fixed term contract. The primary focus of this position will be to supervise and lead the Business & Government section of the Customer Services Department, ensuring that invoicing is done accurately and according to budgeted schedule. In addition, the role will require you to ensure that renewal documentation is issued on time, accurate customer records are maintained, and all customer enquiries are dealt with and resolved in a swift and satisfactory manner.
You will also be expected to support the Head of Customer Services in the compilation of management reports.

The successful applicant will have to demonstrate significant experience of supervision or team leadership, as well as relevant experience within a customer service environment. Experience of working with customer databases and order/invoice processing is desirable.
