International territories
International repertoire exchange agreements with other countries permit UK licensees to copy legally from foreign magazines, books, journals and digital publications. These agreements also mean that UK rights holders can receive royalties when their works are copied in those overseas territories.
Current agreements permit CLA licensees to photocopy titles published in the territories listed below. In addition, several of these territories extend rights to scan and re-use digital publications depending on the type of licence you hold.
